Programs begin at $2,000 a season.
Billy designs the program with you at the house and prices it on the spot. Most estate programs run higher, depending on roofline, trees and greenery. The price is locked for 3 seasons and billed once a season, after your install is complete. No deposit. We do not quote from photos.
What sets the price
4 things, all visible from the street.
- Roofline
- Feet of roof and gutter line, and how many stories. The front elevation is the heart of most designs; sides, back and garage are added as you like.
- Trees and shrubs
- Number and size of trees, wrapped tight or loose, and how many boxwoods or beds are lit.
- Greenery
- Pre-lit wreaths in 48, 60 or 72 inches, and garland on the entry, posts or railings.
- Ground lighting
- C9 lines along walkways, drives and beds, on stakes, powered from the house.
$2,000 per season, to begin
That is the starting point for a 3-season program with everything included: design, materials, installation by certified roofers, season support, takedown, storage and reinstall. Billy gives you the exact figure for your home at the visit, and it does not change for 3 years.
Locked for 3 seasons
The price you agree to at the visit is the price in year 2 and year 3. Material and labor costs are ours to manage.
Billed after the install
One invoice a season, sent once your lights are up and tested, due within 7 days. Pay online or by check.
Nothing extra
Support visits, replacement bulbs, takedown and storage are part of the program, not line items.
We accept a limited number of new homes each season, scheduled in the order agreements are signed.
