How it works
One visit. Then it is handled.
You choose the day the lights come on and the day they come down. Everything in between is ours.
The season, start to finish
7 steps. You are present for 1.
The design visit is the only time you need to be home. After that, you will see a text when we are on the way, and your lights on at 6pm.
This week
Design visit
Billy Massie, a local fireman and certified first responder, comes to the house, walks the elevations with you and designs the program. You see what it will look like before you decide. If you like, he will do a complimentary home safety walk-through while he is there.
Same day or the next
Agreement
A simple 3-season proposal, signed electronically. Price locked for all 3 years. Billed once a season, after your install is complete.
Mid-October onward
Install
A Team Leader and certified roofers arrive with everything cut to size. Rooflines, trees and beds go up in a day or two. Timers stay off until your date.
The day you choose
Lights on
Your home comes on at 6pm. Greenery goes up from November 1 if it is part of your design.
Through Christmas Day
Season support
Our support crew runs through the season. If anything is out, text us and it is fixed at no charge.
January, your date
Takedown and storage
Everything comes down carefully, labeled and taped, and goes to our warehouse. The site is swept before we leave.
Years 2 and 3
Next season
We call in September to confirm your dates. Your design goes back up exactly as you remember it, or updated if you like.
6pm
Lights on, every evening
Timers run 6pm to 11pm by default. Tell us if you would like them later for a party or earlier for the children.
Nov 1
Greenery goes up
Wreaths and garland are installed from the first of November so they stay fresh through the season.
Jan
Down on your date
Takedowns run January 2 through 31. Many homeowners choose the first week; some keep the lights up through Twelfth Night.
Begin
Start with the visit.
A free design visit with Billy this week. 3 seasons of lighting with nothing for you to carry, store or climb. Programs begin at $2,000 per season.
We accept a limited number of new homes each season, scheduled in the order agreements are signed.
